about

During early 2012, Daniele Santini suggested the idea of producing a remix album of Mark O'Leary's work on TIBProd. Italy.
Eschewing profligacy they arrived upon a consensus whereby Daniele would decide upon four tunes to remix and Mark would proffer four new titles.
His choices firstly being Lintujen Kokous which is sui generis within the electronic ambient paradigm and he got into the internal dynamic of it and created something quite unique, with a subtle infusion of avian sonics.
Expedition is poignant as it is a tribute to Neil Armstrong, an utterly extraordinary man. The allegory of the cave being so apt, returning to it to teach having experienced and achieved so magnificently.
For Alvar Aalto, a tribute to the great Finnish architect is best viewed from a sonically architectural vantage point, again Daniele retained the structural outline in this précis, yet interjected a new dimension fused with subtle textures and essences.
Aurora II is a sublime transcendental dialectic where yet again Daniele manages to infuse a distilled pastoral appendage whilst retaining the integrity of the opus.
In Icarus which is a Hellenic homage we endeavor to create a work that pays tribute to a culture that has contributed so much to mankind, Daniele in deus ex machina mode gives the track a peremptory air, thus avoiding the sun.
Vier von Neun with a count of nuanced iterative utterances of four to nine, perhaps in keeper of the seven keys parlance one could allude to the country code of Germany being 49. Subjectively its conception encapsulates a brief period spent in East Berlin, nostalgia.
Eden - The Eden centre in Cornwall is an intriguing complex of biospheres facilitating an array of exotic plants and greenery, enchanting and perhaps a foretaste of the future if we were ever to colonize an extra terrestrial space.
Convoy II - Populists will remember Convoy, but let us take this conception into another paradigm and it starts to get interesting. We can't get all of the materiel we require delivered through stovepipes, we still need transportation and postal services to move things, humans need to load, move and unload these objects. We see these goods moving in convoys through our infrastructures every day.
